Raisin Caramel Bars
Ingredients

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

COMBINE 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt.
STIR in melted butter until well combined.
STIR in chocolate chips.
PRESS mixture firmly into bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
BAKE at 350 for 12 minutes.
STIR together caramel topping and remaining 3 tablespoons flour.
REMOVE pan from oven and drizzle caramel evenly over top.
SPRINKLE with raisins and nuts.
RETURN to oven and bake 16 to18 minutes more or just until caramel is bubbly.
COOL.
Cut into bars.

Makes 24 bars.
