Breakfast Tortilla Roll-Up
Ingredients

1 container (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup apple butter
1-1/2 cups Sun-Maid Zante Currants
4 fajita size flour tortillas
12 slices pre-sliced apples
4 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
4 teaspoons powdered sugar

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.
COMBINE cream cheese, apple butter and currants in a medium mixing bowl.  Stir thoroughly.
SPOON 1/4 of mixture onto the middle of a tortilla.  Top with 3-4 apple slices. Roll the tortilla tightly.  REPEAT to make four roll-ups.
PLACE roll-ups seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Put in preheated oven and bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
REMOVE from oven.
SPRINKLE each roll-up with 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar and 1 teaspoon powdered sugar.
SERVE
warm.
